Fairchild Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations. This role is integral to fostering a positive and compliant workplace by ensuring smooth execution of employee relations, recordkeeping, and internal HR communications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with employee relations functions including grievance handling, drafting investigation reports, and preparing disciplinary letters
- Support the coordination and documentation of workplace accommodations, leave requests, and return-to-work processes
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Help communicate HR policy, procedure, and compliance updates to staff in a timely and clear manner
- Contribute to initiatives that support employee engagement and a respectful, inclusive workplace

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English (spoken and written); fluency in Chinese is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00-$3,800.00 per month
