As we continue to grow, we are focused on enhancing our marketing, branding, and digital presence. We are looking for a **Marketing, Design, and Web Specialist** to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, from redesigning our website and establishing our social media presence to assisting with packaging design and leading various marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Overhaul**: Lead the design, development, and optimization of our website to ensure it’s modern, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
- **Marketing Strategy & Branding**: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at growing our brand and driving customer engagement.
- **Design & Content Creation**: Create visual content for both digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, promotional items, and packaging designs that align with Tycho Poly's brand.
- **Packaging Design Support**: Assist with the design and development of packaging materials, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetic and support product presentation.
- **Social Media Development**: Build and establish Tycho Poly’s social media presence from the ground up, including defining strategies, content creation, and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- **Collaborative Support**: Work with internal teams across various departments to create marketing materials that support sales and operational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- A broad skill set in marketing, design, web development, and content creation.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with packaging design and creating product-related materials.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus, but not required.
