The mission of the Fulfillment & Shipping Specialist is to handle all logistics related functions, manage each request from start to finish, and set expectations with stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to warehouse management and an ability to prioritize incoming requests.

Position Responsibilities:

- Fulfillment - learn our e-stores for our various clients including the products
- Pick and pack as orders come in
- Organize the warehouse space used for inventory and fulfillment
- Complete all shipping labels using the Canada Post, Purolator, or AB Courier solutions
- Projects: assist in the fulfillment & coordination of special projects or campaigns, as needed
- Coordination of client's trade show materials
- Take the lead on fulfillment jobs, manage temporary production staff as needed
- Operate Raymond Reach (we will provide re-certification training if required) for shipping and receiving duties
- Work with General Manager to improve processes and procedures
- Ensure communication with various departments regarding order status and to discuss issues as they arise
- Utilize various systems (eg MS Office, project software, etc).

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Able to safely and comfortably utilize the Raymond Reach to move products;
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task;
- Detail oriented;
- Basic computer skills - MS Office: Word, Outlook required with the requirement to learn various industry programs;
- Excel skills must be at the Intermediate level;
- Zoho experience as asset;
- Ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal)
- Ability to plan based on deadlines;
- Positive attitude;
- Team player;
- Proven ability to think independently, problem solve, and be solutions focused;
- Desire to learn and improve processes.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
