**Responsibilities**:

- Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into the computer
- Compile information and reports on use of stock, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records
- Coordinate the availability of parts for shipping and communicate with both internal departments and external customer on the status of returns
- Communicate with the customer’s data centers for order/return/system/inventory parts questions
- Work closely with the shipping/logistics/I.T departments to ensure processing/delivery and return of all orders
- Ability to anticipate risks and problems
- Able to work well with a team that's committed to the company's high growth rate

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate’s or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of related data entry/processing experience and/or training Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc; Windows Desktop)
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate typing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
