**Job Title**: AMS Data Entry Clerk

**Project**: Apprenticeship Management System (AMS)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter apprenticeship, certification, employer, and program-related data into the AMS.
- Review and validate all information for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and report missing or inconsistent data.
- Maintain organized electronic records per NSAA standards.
- Conduct routine audits and data-quality checks.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide progress updates as required.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with data migration or government information systems.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship, trades, or regulatory program data.
- Experience using CRM or enterprise data-management systems.

**Work Environment**
- Onsite in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Government office).
- Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
- Duration dependent on project requirements.
