Event Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors such as hotels, restaurants, and other service providers to secure necessary resources.
- Manage on-site event execution, ensuring all aspects are delivered as planned.
- Provide exceptional guest services to attendees before, during, and after events.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client’s experience.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
- Maintain organized records of all event details and communications.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Knowledge of budgeting practices related to event planning.
- Experience in guest services within hotel or restaurant environments is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
