We are looking for an evening and weekend Manager to oversee many aspects of our business. You will be responsible for managing staff in our retail area as well as our lounge & bar area. You will also ensure all products are merchandised properly and that store rules are followed. You could be asked to help in the organization of events such as golf tournaments, weddings and corporate events. To be successful in this role, you should have a knowledge of retail practices and a love for customer service. Ultimately, you will help our staff succeed and ensure our customers have a great overall experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage operational aspects of the shop, including inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, and staff supervision.
- Develop marketing strategies, create advertising materials, manage social medias.
- Collaborate with customers to suggest products they may be interested in, book their tee times, etc.
- Collaborate with other managers for scheduling and training new employees on how to perform tasks like selling, receiving payments and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and with our policies and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Work experience in retail and sales or similar domain.
- Knowledge of golf operations or a willingness to learn.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and collaborate with other managers.
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with individuals and companies.
- Ability to plan and coordinate events.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Smart Serve certification and Food Handlers Certification are an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
