Specializing in retail, corporate and airport projects. **Key Accountabilities**: - Project Financials - Project Scheduling - Client Experience - Resources - Site Health & Safety - Specifications & Quality **Responsibilities**: - Plan all phases of the construction project lifecycle from initiation to completion. - Communicate with clients and delivers project progress reports. - Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan. - Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans. - Collaborate with the Site Supervisor and Project Coordinator to ensure the schedule and deliverables of the project. - Ensure the order of necessary supplies, tools, and equipment. - Obtains all necessary permits. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists. - Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations collaborating with the relevant internal and external resources. - Update schedules, track progress, and document project progression. - Ensure the timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties. - Ability to manage and mitigate risks. **Your Qualifications & Skills Include** **- A proven work experience in retail and corporate construction project management** including interiors to ground up projects - Excellent knowledge of **construction management delivery mode**l. - CCDC 2, 5 A and B experience. - The ability to build **strong relationships** with clients, project team members and contractors. - The ability to lead a team by being an **effective communicator** and fostering a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together. - The ability to lead and mentor a project team. - The ability to manage multiple projects and team resources. - Excellent **time management and organization skills**. - **Critical-thinking and problem-solving**. - Competent in conflict and crisis management. - **Excellent at budgeting**. - Experience using **Microsoft Project**. - Education in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related degree. - **Valid Health & Safety certifications,** an asset. - Project Management certification, an asset. - **Min 5 years** of construction retail project management experience. **We Offer** - Comprehensive group insurance, health & wellness benefits - 3 weeks Vacation and PTO - Cellphone allowance - Work boot program - and more... **What it’s like to Work Here** At Royalty General Construction, we employ a diverse group of talented and motivated team players.
