**SUMMARY/OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITY**:
We are looking for a **Custom Woodworker** with minimum 5+ years prior experience. You must be experienced in creating custom millwork and/or furniture based on a production schedule. Your responsibilities include reading drawings, ensuring all parts and materials are available, and confirming that all products are produced in the timeline required.

You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. The ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important.

The goal is to produce high quality cabinets, exactly to our customer requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Installation of custom cabinet hardware, eg pocket doors, etc
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
- Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure cabinet parts & hardware meet specifications
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep records of production quantities and time
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Other duties as needed

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- 5+ years experience building custom woodworking products
- Reliable and Punctual
- Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, drills, routers etc.)
- Ability to lift 50LB
- Training to use heavy machinery (panel/table saws, shapers, belt sander, planer etc)
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
- Red Seal certification is a plus, but not required
- Detail-orientation, with strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Professional attitude and excellent time management skills, with an ability to commit and meet objectives and responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
