- In-person role at our Burnaby, BC office with no less than 40 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce clean, accurate, build-ready shop drawings for custom architectural millwork
- Interpret architectural and conceptual drawings and convert them into workable details
- Develop technical details, sections, elevations, and material listings
- Prepare nesting files for CNC output, and cutlists (Microvellum/ARDIS)
- Ensure drawings align with scope, manufacturing standards, and production requirements
- Maintain internal documentation, revisions, and database entries
- Assist in solving design/manufacturing challenges before they hit the shop floor

**What We're Looking For**:

- 4+ years experience drafting architectural millwork in a professional shop (6+ person shop preferred)
- Strong ability to read/interpret architectural drawings
- Proven skill in creating precise, functional shop drawings
- Working knowledge of AWMAC/NAAWS standards
- Strong organizational systems and follow-through
- Experience with Microvellum, Wood CAD/CAM, or Cabinet Vision (Microvellum & ARDIS preferred - training provided if needed)
- Familiar with CNC concepts: nesting, toolpaths, and cut optimization
- High attention to detail and solid organization
- Punctual, consistent, and team-oriented
- 2+ years hands-on experience building commercial millwork in a professional shop is ideal but not essential
