We are looking for an experienced **Shipper/Receiver & Inventory Coordinator** to join our operations team. This role is essential to keeping our warehouse and order fulfillment running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the right products on time, every time.

**Key Responsibilities Inventory & Logistics**
- Receive, inspect, and process all inbound shipments from vendors.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship outbound customer and web orders.
- Handle returns and inter-company transfers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Create purchase orders for small vendors and notify buyers of shortages or delays.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification required).
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient, including shelving, bin labeling, and layout improvements.

**Customer Communication**
- Update order notes in NetSuite and Shopify to keep the team and customers informed.
- Provide proactive communication to ensure excellent customer service.

**Shipping & Carrier Management**
- Ensure timely dispatch of all shipments using our automated shipping systems.
- Manage shipping issues such as delays, damages, or lost package claims with carriers (UPS, FedEx, Canada Post).
- Monitor outbound shipments to confirm delivery.

**Systems & Tools**
- **NetSuite ERP** - order processing, inventory management, POs.
- **Shopify** - e-commerce order updates and customer communication.
- **Carrier portals** (UPS, FedEx, Canada Post) - automated shipping label workflows.
- **Microsoft Excel** - reporting and reconciliations.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a strong asset).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to lift packages and operate forklifts/pallet jacks (certification required).
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- **Order Accuracy Rate** - 99%+ accuracy on all shipments.
- **Order Turnaround Time** - efficient processing from order to shipment.
- **Inventory Discrepancy Rate** - less than 1%.
- **Backorder Follow-Up Time** - all customers contacted within 24 hours.
- **Warehouse Organization & Safety Standards** - consistently met.

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
