**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Support processes related to new hires, promotions, internal transfers, and offboarding
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Perform administrative work, including maintaining files, sorting mail for the HR department, etc.
- Coordinate HR projects (interviews, meetings, training, etc.) and take minutes
- Assist daily operations of the HR functions and duties
- Assist and coordinate with Local HR managers
- Other responsibilities assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven working experience in HR field
- Knowledge of Employment Standard Act/ Ministry of Labour Act
- Strong verbal and written in English
- Energetic with excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

** this position requires 5 days in office **

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
