**Responsibilities**:
**CNC Operator**:

- Set up and operate CNC machinery for cutting wood panels
- Interpret technical drawings and design files (AutoCAD, Mozaik, etc.)
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of cuts

**Helper**:

- Assist CNC operator and other staff with daily tasks
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Basic sanding, assembling, or Labeling as needed

**Requirements**:

- CNC Operator: Minimum 1 year of experience in woodworking CNC operation
- Helper: No experience required; willingness to learn is key
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with Biesse machines
- Experience in custom cabinetry or millwork industry
- Forklift certification
- Driving License ( Mandatory)
