**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
- Set up and calibrate machines for production runs, including adjusting tooling and fixtures.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to produce accurate components.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during production.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Package finished products according to company standards for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role.
- Proficiency in operating press brake machines and familiarity with various machining processes.
- Strong understanding of CAD software for reading technical drawings.
- Experience with calipers and other measuring tools is essential.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely is a plus.
- Basic math skills are required for measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
