**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct, assemble, and repair wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Engage in concrete forming, masonry work, and heavy lifting as required by projects.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation as needed.
- Assist in remodeling projects including flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall work.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring all equipment is properly stored.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in woodworking or related fields such as carpentry or construction.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and project management is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Previous involvement in the restoration industry or maintenance person services will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of rebar installation and fabrication processes is desirable.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
