Wasteline Containers (WLC) specialize in Designing, Developing and Manufacturing high volume waste and recycling collection systems as well as some custom work.

We are urgently seeking an **Experienced Industrial Painter and General Fab Shop Laborer**

**Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities)**:

- Conscientiously perform duties involving all aspects of coating steel bins according to job specifications.
- General understanding of industrial paints and equipment.
- Loading and Unloading of ALL shipments.
- Understand and adhere to corporate quality and safety management systems.
- Behave in a professional manner with a high degree of respect for self, co-workers and clients.
- Availability to assist with various other duties in a metal fabrication operation, ranging from fabrication, operating tools and machinery, forklift loading and unloading, etc.

**Education, Training and Abilities**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience coating in an industrial environment.
- Forklift Experience is mandatory.
- Demonstrate clear communication skills with the ability to speak and write in the English language.
- Physically fit and able to do physically demanding work.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with others.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Frequent climbing, stooping, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to wear a full-face respirator for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week
