The Paint department helps transform fabricated products into the dream equipment our customers really want. It's also growing now that we are implementing an additional paint booth. **Responsibilities**
- Clean and prepare surfaces for painting
- Use pressure pot/airless equipment to paint both large and small scale equipment
- Prepare and operate paint booth and equipment
- Select appropriate paint and mix accordingly
- Maintain paint booth equipment and personal protective gear
- Transport parts using equipment such as forklifts, dollies, and cranes
- Known to be a good team member that takes pride in their work
- Maintain and follow safety policies

**Qualifications**
- Min. 3 years of industrial painting experience including working in a paint booth and using a spray gun
- Forklift and crane experience is an asset (Forklift and crane recert can be provided)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Good hand and eye coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Able to coordinate work with others
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Frequent standing, bending, twisting, crouching and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility with working overtime
- Trade certificates or equal experience and demonstrated skills
- Strong commitment to meeting standards
- Get along well with others
