**Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Interaction**: Serve as the first point of contact for patients; manage scheduling, rescheduling, and the cancellation of appointments. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in the management of clinic operations, including patient flow, record maintenance, and office supplies management.
- **Marketing and Outreach**: Support marketing efforts to enhance the clinic's visibility; participate in organizing and promoting clinic events and community outreach.
- **Team Coordination**: Liaise with healthcare providers, including physiotherapists, to coordinate patient care and ensure timely communication across departments.
- **Financial Coordination**: Assist with billing procedures and insurance claims; ensure accuracy in financial transactions and patient billing.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring a safe and effective environment for patients and staff.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Educate patients on office policies, procedures, and available services.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in a healthcare or administrative setting, preferably within a physiotherapy or private clinic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; adept at handling various administrative responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with patients and managing patient inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Experience with electronic medical records and understanding of health insurance processes is a plus.
- **A background in kinesiology is a plus,** as it provides additional insight into patient care and therapy support.
