We are looking for

Applicants must:
Able to work in fast-paced environments and willing to take on various tasks within the centre, from marking students worksheets to conducting parents orientation ( training will be provided)

Reliable and able to commit to more than two year( you will sign a contract)

Perfect command of both written and spoken English

Be determined to learn new concepts and be open to new ways of doing things

Have experience working with children and/or an educational environment

Have experience giving direction and administering training to other employees

Fast worker and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities Include:
Dealing with students and parents at the front reception table and ensuring a smooth process with the checkin/check-out system

Ensuring class is running optimally and directing students/parents/assistants as needed

Training existing and new assistants in all different positions (marking, primary instruction, reception, data entry etc.)

Ensuring assistants are using proper instructing methods and following our precise directions as per the Kumon method of learning

Goal setting for increased productivity and improved technique

Implementing new processes for training/centre flow/organization

Reporting to the Centre Director for specific duties and assignments on an ongoing basis.

**This is an afternoon & weekends position( almost 30 hours per week). Hours offered in the afternoon as follows**:
**Mondays 2 pm to 6:30pm**

**Tuesdays and Thursdays 2 pm to 8:00pm.**

**and Saturdays 10 to 3.**

**The applicant must be able to commit to all 4 days. Minumum two year commitment.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,250.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
