**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and support daily class operations
- Supervise and assist assistant staff and graders
- Provide guidance and encouragement to students
- Handle administrative and customer service tasks (attendance, materials, records, and communication with parents)
- Ensure the learning environment is positive, efficient, and well-organized
- Support the Instructor with training, scheduling, and center coordination

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and proactive
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is an asset
- **Previous Kumon experience is highly valued**:

- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks and record management
- Must be available during class hours (typically after school and Saturdays)

**Hours**
Part-time, 15-25 hours per week (including evenings and Saturdays). Additional administrative hours may be available.

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
