**About the Role**
As a Client Care Representative at Petworks, you’ll:

- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Process payments, maintain accurate client and patient records, and manage daily transactions
- Support the veterinary team by coordinating patient flow and ensuring smooth clinic operations
- Provide compassionate client support during difficult or emotional situations
- Help keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
- A positive attitude, empathy, and passion for supporting both people and pets
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
