**Position Overview**

The Education Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting and managing educational programs and initiatives within the organization. This position ensures the efficient delivery of training services, resources, and administrative functions to enhance employee, student, or client development. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between educators, learners, and stakeholders, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting organizational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program Coordination:_
- Oversee the scheduling, organization, and execution of education and training programs.
- Coordinate instructor availability, create and manage course schedules, classroom resources, and training materials.
- Ensure programs align with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Resource Management:

- Develop and maintain training materials, including online resources, e-learning modules, and manuals.
- Manage inventories of supplies and equipment required for education services.
- Liaise with vendors for procuring educational tools and technology.
- Stakeholder Support:_
- Act as the first point of contact for educators, learners, and program participants.
- Address inquiries regarding course details, schedules, and enrollment.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of trainers and instructors.
- Administrative Functions_:

- Maintain accurate records of enrollments, completions, certifications, and evaluations.
- Monitor budgets, process payments, and prepare financial reports related to education services.
- Compile and analyze program feedback to improve offerings.
- Communication and Collaboration:_
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on program performance and impact.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials to increase awareness and participation.
- Compliance and Evaluation:_
- Ensure programs comply with provincial and federal regulations.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Monitor emerging industry trends to innovate training and education offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Education:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in Adult Education or Instructional Design is a strong asset.
- Experience:_
- 2-4 years of experience coordinating training, education, or professional development programs.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual training tools.
- Skills:_
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and education technology tools.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze program data.
- Preferred Skills:_
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Knowledge of provincial education standards and regulations in British Columbia.

Pay: $42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
