We help students prepare for tests and exams; whether if it is IB/AP Exams, SSAT, SAT, IELTS, SCAT, or GRE. We offer group classes and one-on-one individual classes.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first impression of the company to greet and meet clients in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage and coordinate courses by keeping track of student profiles and course progress.
- Actively communicate with tutors and parents to ensure students’ learning efficiency.
- Create invoices for students at the time of course registration.
- Prepare various content to support the company’s marketing efforts, including website maintenance and weekly WeChat articles.
- Facilitate daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, translating documents, answering incoming calls, and other administrative work.
- Support with other educational-related projects/tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- 1+ year experience in an administrative or related role**:

- Fluent in English and Mandarin**_
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong adaptability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Word; experience with Excel and PowerPoint would be an asset
- Previous experience in education industry would be an asset
- Passion and knowledge in education industry would be a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
