Pateno Payments is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its team. The position would be based in Calgary, AB. The ideal incumbent is one who is highly motivated, and gets things done accurately, effectively and with mínimal supervision.

**Education, Experience and Skills**
- Seeking new graduate from relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college or relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word with strong fluency in Excel formulas and functions
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Assisting with preparation of board meeting materials
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Analyze past results, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Reconciliation of billing and accounts
- Assist with operational procedures
- Develop business proposals and presentations
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools
- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence and comparable valuation analysis
- Other duties as assigned
