**What you will do**:

- Analyze and report on data trends to support organizational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards for real-time data tracking.
- Benchmark organizational performance against industry averages for key projects.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Provide clear and actionable insights through data reporting to sites and leadership.
- Ensure clear data reporting structure and trend analysis are established.
- Work to ensure data capture is accurate, timely, and reliable.
- Facilitate team coordination to avoid duplication of work and ensure streamlined processes.
- Accurately follow through on ongoing projects to ensure proper tracking and outcomes.

**What You Bring**:

- Education & Experience: _
- University Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Management (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in analytics (financial, data, business).
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment (preferred).
- Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: _
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities efficiently.
- Strong business and financial management acumen.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Strong desire and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
