**Position Summary**

The **District Manager - Regional Operations** is responsible for starting and managing a new branch in an assigned territory. This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial role that involves every aspect of launching, growing, and overseeing operations—supported by Envelopro’s centralized systems, staff, training, tools, and equipment.

You will be responsible for territory development, sales, project execution, team coordination, and client satisfaction. You won’t be alone—you’ll have the strength of a proven company behind you—but you’ll be the leader in front, building something impactful.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Development & Sales**
- Develop and grow local market presence through canvassing, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
- Conduct site assessments and confirm detailed measurements
- Create and present proposals for roofing, siding, and exterior envelope solutions
- Secure contracts, manage follow-ups, and maintain CRM data

**Project Planning & Oversight**
- Plan project timelines and coordinate with suppliers for material deliveries
- Schedule and deploy work crews and subcontractors
- Oversee daily operations, ensure jobsite safety, and troubleshoot challenges
- Conduct site walkthroughs and maintain production momentum
- Create & Present KPI Montoring

**Client Experience & Quality Control**
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure high-quality workmanship, communication, and site cleanliness
- Manage walkthroughs, warranty documents, and client feedback
- Resolve deficiencies and uphold satisfaction guarantees

**Operational Management**
- Manage estimating, invoicing, and accounts receivable follow-up
- Track labor, material usage, and equipment allocation
- Maintain accurate project documentation using company systems (AccuLynx, Slack, Payworks, etc.)
- Coordinate with head office for reporting, mentorship, and forecasting

**Team Building & Leadership**
- Recruit, onboard, and lead local teams as the branch scales
- Support and mentor crews and subcontractors
- Maintain a positive jobsite culture based on safety, excellence, and accountability
- Participate in ongoing training and regional leadership development

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in construction, operations, or project management
- Strong background in roofing, siding, or exterior renovations preferred
- Proven ability to manage clients, crews, and multiple project timelines
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-driven mindset
- Proficient with digital tools and cloud-based software
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract

**Employment Terms**
- Full-time employment under standard labor regulations
- Includes a **6-month probationary period** with performance review
- Flexible hours based on seasonal demands and operational requirements

**How to Apply**

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
