**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building including emergency response outside the office hours
- Manage and supervise the team of janitors and cleaning crew
- Ensure that the apartment buildings are maintained and cleaned in accordance with company standards
- Follow up and resolve the different maintenance requests through Building stack
- Enter the tenant’s and lease information into the Building Stack
- Responsible for “move-in, move-out” procedures
- Schedule the repairs with subcontractors and manage the work process until the completion including quality control
- Collect Rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts
- Provide the owners with the Rent Roll Reports every month
- Perform Property inspections and notify the Owner of any work that needs to be done
**Qualifications**
- 4 years of property management experience
- Proficiency in using Building Stack software is required
- Fluent in French and English
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
