**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing complaints, coordinating repairs, and enforcing occupancy rules
- Conduct tenant screenings, move-in/move-out inspections, and manage tenant turnover
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and vendors
- Handle lease renewals and negotiations with tenants
- Market and lease available units
- Manage rent collection and ensure timely payments
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, property performance analysis
- Be flexible with working hours as emergency situations requiring onsite coordination may arise after regular business hours and on weekends

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience, with experience in residential and commercial property management
- Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
- Knowledge of Yardi Management Software is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in property development and construction is a plus

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes et l'entretien des propriétés résidentielles et commerciales
- Effectuer les vérifications des locataires, les inspections d'entrée/sortie et gérer le turnover des locataires
- Coordonner les réparations et l'entretien avec les entrepreneurs et les fournisseurs
- Gérer les renouvellements de baux et les négociations avec les locataires
- Commercialiser et louer les unités disponibles
- Gérer la collecte des loyers et veiller à leur paiement en temps voulu
- Assister à l'élaboration des budgets, aux rapports financiers et à l'analyse des performances des propriétés

Être flexible avec les horaires de travail, car des situations d'urgence nécessitant une coordination sur site peuvent survenir après les heures normales de travail et pendant les week-ends

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion immobilière, avec une expérience dans la gestion de propriétés résidentielles et commerciales
- Bilingue en anglais et en français (oral et écrit)
- Connaissance du logiciel Yardi est un atout
- Permis de conduire valide et accès à une voiture requis
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en communication
- Souci du détail avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités efficacement
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Une expérience dans le développement immobilier et la construction est un plus
