AEDN also engages in development and management of retail, commercial and residential properties._

We are looking to hire a residential property manager. You will join a growing and exciting team that is committed to providing the best living experience to our tenants. You will be responsible for a large variety of tasks including tenant communication, administration, and project management. Being reliable, punctual, and a team player is essential for this job.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with tenants on all requests (leases, payments, repairs).
- Administration for the property (AR, Renewals, Regie, etc).
- Overseeing turnover of units and being very well organized.
- Establishing Operating Budget
- Marketing and leasing
- Overseeing any building staff and coordination with contractors in the building.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years experience in residential real estate in Quebec
- Strong Computer Skills (Hopem is a bonus)
- Must be bilingual
- Must be organized, reliable and able to prioritize tasks.
- Team work and strong communication skills are a necessity
