**Company Overview**

Copier Earth is an established retailer of high quality used office imaging equipment, serving more than 400 customers from a wide range of industries in the GTA. With customers varying from the Juno Awards, to Elections Canada, Canadian Tire, and many more. We provide all copier services including sale, rent, lease and servicing.

**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Field Copier Technician to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and maintenance for our office imaging equipment across various locations. We primarily deal in Canon equipment so any experience with Canon is a plus. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this position is an excellent opportunity for you. We do provide training as well.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair office imaging equipment at customer locations.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in office imaging technology.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Field Copier Technician or similar role in the technical support field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and low voltage systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service skills, and ability to deal with a variety of clients on site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
