**Responsibilities**:

- Solid foundation in: Technical support, Network/Software/Inventory Management, System Maintenance, Customer Service, Documentation, Team Collaboration, and Project Assistance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution-implementation skills.
- Foster and maintain positive and professional relationships at customer sites.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Highly organized and dependable.
- Willingness to travel within the GTA.
- Perform tasks as assigned by management when not engaged in service calls.
- Must be available to rotate schedule from Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional after hour projects
- Prior experience in a similar IT field technician role is highly desirable.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are advantageous.
- Proven experience in an IT field technician role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Good customer service and time management skills
- Car with valid Ontario Driver's License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
