Summer Student- Administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Prepare and organize correspondence and internal communications.
- Perform data entry, word processing, and document creation.
- Handle weekly mail duties: pick-up, open, distribute, and drop-off.
**Health & Safety / CRM Tasks**
- Support Health & Safety documentation and procedures.
- Scan, organize, and manage records in the company’s CRM system.
**Accounts Payable**
- Assist with invoice processing and data entry.
**General Office Duties**
- Help with filing, scanning, and archiving both physical and digital records.
- Coordinate and manage daily assigned administrative tasks.
- Perform other general office duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in and returning to post-secondary education in business, finance, human resources, accounting, or a related field.
- Valid G2 or G driver’s license.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
**Additional Information**
- This is a temporary position available to students only.
- No additional benefits are provided for summer student roles.
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
