**Product Development and Administrative Coordinator**

We have a small administrative team, looking to increase our service to the business by expanding with a project administrator / business analyst. We’re looking for someone to manage innovation projects, develop our process documentation, collect & analyze data, while supporting current processes. Looking forward, you can expect to work on production optimization, product development, financial reporting automation, among other things.

The Product Developer manages project tasks, creates process documentation, along with day-to-day problem solving. The Administration Coordinator finds ways to improve efficiency and strengthen business processes. Working closely with business partners and the executives to communicate their findings and implement change. You enjoy collaborating, solving problems and bridging business and systems together for the greater good of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written business English and oral communication
- Proven Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPivot and/or PowerBI
- Detail Oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized and timely fashion
- A creative problem solver, pro-active and able to use initiative to develop solutions
- Proven success in leading as a team player, leveraging connections, promoting and supporting team members’ priorities

**Qualifications**:
**-**2+ years of post secondary education from a recognized institution
- 2+ years experience in project management, administration, safety or quality management systems
- Data analysis experience an asset, though strong logical thinking is required
- Speaking a foreign language would be an asset

**Tasks**

**-**Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP, Microsoft 365, and other optimization projects (ie: Writing Policies & Work Instructions)
- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Assist in the design and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Lead product development project, collaborating with all departments to complete efficient market launch
- Lead Safety (COR) and Quality (ISO 9001) systems, including documentation controls, audits, meetings and reporting
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on status to project stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize warehouse operations
- Ongoing process improvement:

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to sales and production
- Managing Confidential Information

**- Change Management**:

- Support change management initiatives by helping stakeholders adapt to new systems or processes.
- Develop communication plans to ensure all affected parties are informed and engaged during transitions.

**- Strategic Planning Support**:

- Assist in long-term strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Help define goals and metrics for measuring success against strategic objectives.

**- Technology Evaluation**:

- Assess and recommend new technologies or tools that could benefit the organization, particularly **in areas related to sales, inventory management, and customer interactions.**

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
