ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

LN Land Development Technologies Inc. is looking for a Proposal & Business Development Coordinator to support our growing Strategic Growth team. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Growth, this role plays a key part in coordinating proposals, supporting business development initiatives, assisting with marketing and communications, and helping deliver standout client and industry events.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that blends proposal coordination, client engagement, marketing support, and event planning . If you're highly organized, a strong communicator, and love bringing polished deliverables together behind the scenes, you'll feel right at home here.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Proposal Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end proposal development, including setup, task tracking, formatting, quality control, and submission
  • Review RFPs and proposal documents to identify mandatory criteria and submission requirements
  • Create proposal templates and draft structures tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate inputs from Operations, Project Managers, Engineering, HSE, and Business Development teams
  • Draft and edit proposal content including corporate information, project experience, and resumes
  • Maintain strict version control and organized proposal filing systems
  • Track proposal outcomes (wins, losses, lessons learned) and support continuous improvement
  • Monitor bid sites and industry channels for new opportunities

Business Development & Client Support

  • Support client meetings, presentations, and capability materials
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for opportunities, contacts, and activities
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, project sheets, and marketing collateral

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of LN events including:
  • Coordinate logistics including vendors, venues, budgets, schedules, and communications
  • Manage attendee communications, registration, and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure LN's brand, professionalism, and hospitality standards are upheld

Marketing & Communications Support

  • Gather content from Operations and field teams for marketing and social media use
  • Assist with digital and print marketing materials
  • Support website updates including job postings, project updates, and imagery
  • Assist with newsletters, announcements, and other external communications

WORK ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a permanent basis at the time of application.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, business development support, or administrative roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word template development, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
  • Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when proposal deadlines require it
  • A proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset
