Gabriel’s Café is looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our serving team.

We are a Farm to Table and sustainability driven business that is fast paced, high volume, and strives for perfection with every dish served. We pride ourselves on understanding where our food comes from and providing fresh, healthy, and unique meals to our valued customers.

The FOH Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Front of House.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and managing front of house staff
- Cash handling
- Inspiring the team to do their best and be their best
- Ensuring smooth operations in front of house
- Tech management, maintenance and repairs
- Stock management and ordering
- FoH equipment maintenance and repairs
- Shift planning
- Organization, cleanliness, and food safe practices
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Creating, maintaining and improving systems and procedures
- Managing improvement projects
- Has a minimum of 3 years experience in a food service position
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Understand that the busy tourist season requires long hours but winter months allow for more flexibility and relaxed atmosphere
- Willingness to do what it takes to ensure smooth operation of restaurant
- Great with organization
- Excellent time management - yours and your teams
- Give direction well with ease
- Maintain a positive presence under pressure
- Meet your responsibilities and deadlines consistently
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Possess valid Serving it Right and Foodsafe

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
