We're a beloved neighborhood restaurant , known for our craft-driven menu, curated taps, and a vibe that's equal parts cozy and vibrant. We're searching for a Front of House Manager who isn't just a manager, but a true host—someone who makes every guest feel like a regular and every staff member feel supported.

Your Role:

· Be the Maestro: Direct all front of house operations—service flow, reservations, seating, and ambiance—ensuring seamless, memorable experiences from welcome to farewell.

· Cultivate Community: Foster genuine connections with our guests. Train and mentor our service team in the art of hospitality, product knowledge, and attentive, unpretentious service.

· Drive Excellence: Uphold our high standards for service, cleanliness, and safety. Manage daily financials, inventory for front-of-house supplies, and contribute to promotional initiatives.

· Support & Lead: Be the vital link between our talented kitchen and the dining floor. Schedule, motivate, and develop a passionate team.

You Are:

· A seasoned hospitality professional with 2+ years in a supervisory role .

· A natural leader who inspires through positivity, clarity, and accountability.

· A problem-solver with a cool head, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Deeply knowledgeable about craft beer, spirits, and wine, with a passion for food.

· Proficient in reservation and POS systems (touch bistro ).

· Dedicated to creating an inclusive, respectful, and thriving workplace.
