Reporting to the Vice President of Global Sales, you will oversee the sale and distribution of Farmers Edge products and solutions throughout your region. You will lead a team of Sales and Account Management professionals, ensuring the achievement of company revenue objectives, and of your team's professional goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the regional sales team in the day-to-day achievement of regional sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and executes regional sales strategic plans in line with company objectives; monitors market and competitor activities to help inform future strategies and opportunities
- Contribute regional sales information and detailed forecasting to the Vice President of Global Sales
- Participate in strategic sales calls with customers and in-field coaching for Territory Sales Managers (TSM) and Account Managers (AM).
- Conduct weekly conference calls with the regional sales team along with regular in-person meetings to collaborate on strategic sales planning and to review the achievement of individual sales objectives
- Create and monitor individual development plans for each TSMs and AM within the region
- Establish and monitor regional budgets and sales quotas for the region
- Participate in in Sales Management team meetings with other Regional Sales Managers in the US or Canada.
- Ensure human resources requirements are met by interviewing, selection, and on-boarding new team members.
- Develop and implement plans to drive customer renewals

**This role could be a good fit for you if you have**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Sales or general Business
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role
- A strategic and data-driven decision-making style, and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Results driven with the desire
