Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
- Experience in business development and outside sales
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies

**Salary**: $40,161.96-$93,430.34 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- B2B: 1 year (required)
