Prairie Mobile Communications has an opportunity for a full-time **Accounting Coordinator **with a focus in accounts payable. This position is based at our Winnipeg head office.

Under general supervision, the Accounting Coordinator (A/P) will work in a team environment and be responsible for various financial processes according to established procedures in a timely and efficient manner. These include but are not limited to accounts payable entries and payment runs, producing monthly accounting reports, making accurate monthly remittances and account reconciliations. The Accounting Coordinator interacts with all levels of staff, customers, and service providers.

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary degree and/or training in business administration, finance, accounting or other related field.
- Two (2) years of accounts payable /accounts receivable, payroll and general bookkeeping or related field.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
