Our focus is on combining creative problem-solving and unmatched customer service to exceed expectations and create a higher standard in the commercial roofing industry.JOB SUMMARYThe Account Coordinator’s primary function is to achieve yearly sales quotas through the retention of existing accounts and growth and maintenance of new and existing client relationships. This position will report to the Service Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccount ManagementService KnowledgePossess knowledge of service offerings and value proposition (why us vs competition)Technical knowledge (solution for every budget)Have a full understanding of inspection reports and terminology and be able to reiterate to customers in a way they will understandUnderstand an opportunity to upsell (reroof or other services)Working with the Production department to promote and sell warranty inspectionsSales ProcessWarm calls, texts, emails to existing customers to set up annual inspectionsFollow up on open opportunities and open quotes Keep track of inside sales pipelineCoordinate inspection process & schedule inspectors Report pipeline & sales reports weekly Some cold calling & business developmentOther duties as assignedBusiness DevelopmentManage Dataforma and FCS for leads and follow-ups Look for opportunities for reroof leads from inspection program, lunch and learn prospects, and new buildings for inspectionExisting Business: nurture client retention/managementIncrease reviews through positive client relationshipsMarketing Brand Ambassador: assisting Service Manager with company marketing activities (sponsorship, golf tournaments, networking events, industry associations (BOMA, PPMA, etc)GOALSWork closely with Service Manager to develop reoccurring revenue programs and upselling opportunities and set yearly sales goals
