**Here’s what you’ll be doing as an Accounting Coordinator**:
The role of the Accounting Coordinator is to support the daily operations of Stella’s Head Office financial team. The Accounting Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing invoices, maintaining accurate data entry, and facilitating communication with vendors and internal stakeholders. This role is essential to the financial team, providing timely updates, resolving inquiries, and assisting with various administrative and accounting tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Financial Analyst by supplying daily updates on internal and supplier invoices.
- Process daily vendor/supplier invoice verification.
- Prepare and process weekly internal store invoicing.
- Communicate with various vendors regarding invoice inquiries, credit requests, and issue resolution.
- Manage internal food cost data entry and price updates based on supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare and provide reports related to warehouse data and receivables.
- Assist with accounts receivable through document scanning and data entry.
- Provide support to the Head Office team as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Previous food industry and warehouse experience is preferred.

Strong mathematical skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred.

Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn quickly.
