The majority of our Sales Team have been here for** many** years, and we currently have an opportunity for a new position. We are adding a **Desking Manager** to the Red Hill team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist sales team to exceed volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction standards
- Daily reporting of the traffic report.
- Desking deals, interacting with sales team and clients to close deals
- Assist Used Vehicle Managers and General Sales Manager in any other assigned duties

**Qualifications**:

- Critical thinker who is detail oriented
- Desking experience preferred
- Automitive sales management required
- Results oriented and accountable
- Effective communicator with strong written and oral skills
- Experience in report creation on multiple platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
- Toyota product knowledge is a definite plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Valid OMVIC license
