**Brant County Ford is in search of an additional Sales Manager to join our growing sales department**

We are a family run business, which has been serving the Brantford community for over 50 years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our General Sales Manager
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share, customer retention, and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the manufacturer to ensure optimal vehicle availability.
- Ensure sales processes, customer engagement, and brand standards are followed per our standards
- Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, customer handling skills, and closing techniques.
- Oversee CRM usage, lead management, and timely follow-up processes to maximize opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support local advertising, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance the buying experience.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, inventory, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in automotive sales management.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to drive team performance.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and manufacturer programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
- Valid OMVIC license and clean driving record.

**Compensation**:
