In assigned Freshslice Development Zones you will be responsible for: recruiting, interviewing new franchisees, finding locations and facilitating new store openings.
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven sales background with experience in a franchise organization and development preferable
- Understand the value of following the Freshslice system
- Understand that “good teamwork” increases success, and aspire to make the people around them better than they are
- Be committed to operational and training systems
- Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
- Be able to interact easily with diverse employees
- Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a Windows OS and MS Office Suite proficiently
- Work 40 hours/week and be committed to the operational and training system
- Have a valid driver’s license, Car and a Cell-phone
