**About the Role**

As **Ideal Siding** continues to expand across North America, we are seeking a **Franchise Business Coach** to join our growing team and support our ever-increasing network of franchise partners. The **Franchise Business Coach** serves as a vital link between our Head Office and franchise partners, driving results, ensuring operational consistency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We’re looking for a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives on building strong relationships, coaching others, and guiding entrepreneurs to excel within a proven system. **Key Responsibilities**

**Remote Support and Coaching**
- **Franchisee Support Calls**: Conduct regular calls with franchisees to review quotes, address operational challenges, and provide best-practice guidance.
- **New Location Training**: Participate in training new franchisees at our headquarters as our network grows.
- **Problem-Solving**: Help franchisees resolve issues related to materials and installation, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- **Operational Improvements**: Recommend tools, materials, and methods to improve productivity and maintain high standards based on on-site visits and remote interactions.
- **Travel to Locations**: Occasionally travel to franchise locations for in-person evaluations and direct support.
- **On-Site Shadowing**: Observe day-to-day operations to assess workflow and compliance with established systems and standards.
- **Performance Feedback**: Provide constructive feedback to help franchisees strengthen their operations and adherence to brand standards.
- **Compliance Checks**: Verify alignment with prescribed processes, including material usage, installation quality, and management practices.
- **Reporting**: Share insights, performance data, and improvement recommendations with Head Office.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate operations and spot opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training, coaching, and reporting.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to guide franchisees through operational challenges. Adaptability to thrive in different environments, whether traveling or working remotely.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in franchising.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic operational recommendations.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience in siding or a related field is an asset. Project management and construction experience are a plus.
