- IDC Support & Compliance Coordinator

Intelcom is a company committed to the continuous improvement and optimization of its services to its employees, partners, and customers. Customer Service Representative are essential employees who ensure the seamless running of our delivery business. We are currently looking for full-time IDC support/ compliance specialist to support our IDC Community

What is a typical workday?
- Liaise with the IT, finance department, procurement, and marketing departments while assisting IDCs.
- Manage IDC support mailbox, tickets and then all cases in Salesforce after the transition to this new tool.
- Maintain up to date information for IDCs in our systems (Horasphere, Salesforce and Progression) in coordination with systems team for any escalation.
- Organize and maintain IDC collaboration files and folders.
- Review IDC compliance documents and validate the documents as per standard and approved process. Follow up with IDCs for any missing or incorrect documents.
- Prepare and analyse regular reports for missing documents and for results of compliance document validation.
- Support all IDC and Driver movement in Salesforce.
- Participate in the development of our procedures and policies as it relates to IDCs and other projects.

What do you need to be successful?
- Have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Have strong communication skills both written and oral
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage stressful situations
- Have a good knowledge of the Office 365 suite and ability to learn quickly new systems
- Bilingual and can communicate well both verbally and in writing (French and English.)
