Main responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of relationship specialists, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, promoting professional development and growth.- Identify training needs within the team and coordinate relevant professional development opportunities.- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team capabilities.- Foster collaboration and communication within the IDC relationship team and with other departments.- Encourage knowledge-sharing and best practice dissemination among team members.

Project Management:
- In collaboration with the IDC team and other stakeholder, manage IDC related projects ensuring deadlines are met and project objectives are achieved.

Partnership Relations:
- Conduct investigations into partnership relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.- Provide guidance on dispute resolution strategies, promoting fair and amicable solutions.- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations based on investigation findings.- Mediate and resolve disputes, grievances, and conflicts between Intelcom and the IDC.- In collaboration with the legal team, act as the first point of contact for all formal IDC related disputes and represent the company in proceedings as required.- Build and maintain positive relationships with union representatives and officials.- Act as a liaison between the organization and union entities, fostering open communication and collaboration.- Provide guidance to leadership on work stoppage preparedness and effective communication strategies.

Compliance:
- Collaborate with legal, compliance and finance teams to ensure compliance with the terms of IDCs sub-contracting agreement.

Skills and Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.- 7 to 10 years of management experience.- Proven experience as an HR generalist or advisor, with a focus on employee and industrial relations.- Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry is preferred.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.- Willingness to travel as needed.- Bilingual (French and English) - written/spoken.
