**OVERVIEW**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee and direct 10-15 unionized skilled trades/apprentices
- Manage equipment repair workflow in the Shop and in CMMS (SAP)
- Collaborate with Area Supervisors to prioritize Shop work
- Maintain Shop organization and cleanliness
- Manage shop consumables and tools
- Assist in technical challenges including diagnostics and parts support
- Communicate job expectations, enforce systems, policies, and procedures
- Lead, support, and assist fellow team members
- Optimize productivity and efficiency within the Shop

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership/supervisory role in an industrial setting
- Technologist OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR Certified Tradesperson
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive Attitude
- Overtime work may be required
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
