**Job Overview**:
KCC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving student admissions, managing lead pipelines, supporting prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position involves working across multiple campuses, with a focus on domestic admissions and community engagement.
- Collaborate closely with other Admissions Advisors across campuses to support leads in all regions.
- Ensure full PTIB compliance in student documentation and data collection.
- Accurately manage leads and enrollment activities using Classtrack and HubSpot.
- Provide daily updates to the department management team outlining key activities and progress.
- Maintain a current admissions pipeline and provide regular enrollment and tuition revenue estimates.
- Track admissions funnel metrics, including:

- Leads generated
- Leads contacted
- Appointments booked
- Appointments attended
- Financial consultations completed
- Leads converted to enrolled students

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drive Admissions**
- Drive admissions and revenue growth across all campuses.
- Increase domestic student enrollment and revenue for all the campuses.
- Promote and drive admissions for new programs as they are introduced.

**Compliance & Administrative Processes**
- Ensure that all admissions and administrative processes comply with relevant regulatory bodies, government agencies, and internal college policies and procedures.

**Partnership Development**
- Working in partnership with the Campus Director and College Management to lead high school partnerships, including coordinating bursary programs and facilitating credit transfers.

**Uphold College Standards**
- Act in a manner that upholds the company standards, professionalism, and culture, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all students, staff, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred (e.g., Business, Education, Communications).
- 5+ years of experience in higher education admissions, with at least 3 years in admissions.
- Proven track record of driving enrollment goals and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
