**Role Description**

The Deal Administrator is responsible for providing superior customer service to our Right at Home Realty agents while assisting them through the deal processing process.

**What’s Involved**
- Process real estate transactions-all types of deals (Buying, Listing, Leases, Builder) in Lonewolf software.
- Send commission invoices to lawyers and co-operating brokerages.
- Follow up with other brokerage and lawyers regarding commission cheques.
- Communicate with Branch Managers, Administrators and Accounting regarding trades and agents’ requests.
- Remind and follow up with agents about submitting paperwork (i.e. listing agreements) for deal processing and any other tasks related to the daily function of the deal processing department.
- Monitor and assess real estate transactions to ensure full compliance with FINTRAC's guidelines and immediately report non-compliant matters to the Deals Manager.
- Remain current on regulatory changes by attending annual mandatory trainings.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

**Talent Specs**
- 3-5+ years’ experience in the real estate industry (with understanding of Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (i.e. buyer representation) and Fintrac ID an asset
- Must have experience using Adobe and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
- Independent worker and team player
- Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced office setting
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
